For repeat orders, Bqcovers uses the accepted sample code and recorded specifications to identify the required version. Bqcovers supplies chair covers made by Shaoxing Qingdong Textile Co., Ltd., with a 50-piece production minimum. Sample and batch supply terms follow below.
One fit sample: USD 15 / cover, plus courier freight. Allow 7–10 days for preparation; sample charges are not refundable.
USD 8.50 / cover for the standard PU design. Production takes 15–25 days after sample and color approval; custom artwork is quoted separately.
USD 6.50 / cover for the standard PU design. Production takes 20–30 days after approval, with quantities listed by chair pattern and color.
Supply is made to order. Production windows exclude transit and begin after the approved sample, order specifications and payment are received.
Prices are EXW Shaoxing, excluding freight, duties and taxes. Global shipping can be arranged by express for samples and air or sea for bulk orders; the destination determines transit time.
One cover per bag with an insert. The shipment includes a commercial invoice and a packing list identifying the chair patterns.

Does The Price Include A Chair Or Cushion?
No. Each piece is a removable cover only; the chair frame, seat cushion and foam insert are excluded.
Can This Cover Be Used Outdoors?
This cover is designed for indoor dining, hospitality and event seating. Store it in a dry indoor space between uses to keep the PU finish in good condition.
Can These Covers Refresh Worn Dining Chairs?
The seat-and-back coverage conceals surface wear and gives an existing dining set a consistent color and finish. It works best on structurally sound chairs with intact padding; remove loose flakes or debris from worn upholstery before fitting.
Will The Burgundy Photo Match My Delivered Color?
The photo shows one color example. Screen settings and room lighting change its appearance; a custom color order is matched to the accepted physical sample rather than the screen image.
What Are The Individual Package Details?
Each cover is packed individually. The package measures 25 × 28 cm (9.84 × 11.02 in), with a gross weight of 0.5 kg (1.10 lb).
